Nursery & Garden Industry Tasmania (NGIT) aims to promote the interest of its members by:
- Promoting the interests of industry members in Tasmania
- Developing business networks at State and National levels
- Increasing professionalism of the industry through Nursery and Garden Industry Accreditation Schemes
- Representing Tasmania’s industry nationally
NGIT has a Garden Centre Development Officer (GCDO) and an Nursery Industry Development Officer (NIDO) available to assist retail and production nurseries on a wide range of issues.
