NextGen is an industry networking and social group for young people who work in the horticulture industry.
The nursery and garden industry is full of enthusiastic, successful young people and NextGen is a forum for industry people between the ages of 18 and 35 to meet, exchange ideas and hone leadership skills.
The aim of NextGen is to nurture and grow young members of the horticultural industry by providing unique network and career development opportunities to help NexGeners excel and become innovative and inspirational leaders.
Groups all throughout Australia meet to share ideas and socialise on a regular basis.
